Early in the morning, I rode my bike to Copenhagen's Three Lakes. After weaving through streams of cyclists, I finally arrived at the lake district, and instantly felt refreshed and carefree.
The Three Lakes (Danish: Søerne) are a chain of man-made lakes curving in a bow shape along the western side of the city center, stretching about 6.4 kilometers in total. They're one of Copenhagen's most iconic urban landscapes and a beloved space for locals to relax.
